Responsibilities:
Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from initial sign up, through pre-suit stages, and concluding through litigation at depositions, arbitrations, and/or jury trial Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury matters Negotiate settlements Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional responsibility Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Professional networking to grow your client base
Qualifications:
3-10 experience in plaintiff's personal injury law Familiarity with necessary and usual legal documents related to litigating a personal injury claim Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Jury trial and arbitration experience Strong negotiating skills Ability to build rapport with clients Job Type:
