Basic Function:
Position is responsible for slitting and / or rewinding production material to remove poor quality or to meet specific customer requirements.
Reports to:
Printing Department SupervisorEssential Functions / Position
Responsibilities:
Slit/rewind material with Stanford and/or Dusenbury slitter/rewinder machines.
Inspect quality of printed plastic packaging.
Remove defective material from rolled plastic with cutting tools.
Pack finished rolls on pallets manually, using roll carts, or using hoists.
Move material as needed using powered and unpowered equipment.
Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance and the ability to adhere to a set work schedule as defined by Superpac Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
