Sohl Foot & Ankle is a small medical office in Southampton, PA.
We specialize in podiatric medicine.
We are seeking a friendly, well organized medical receptionist to join our office team.
This is a part time position needed for 2-3 days/week.
The position requires a pleasant, positive and outgoing demeanor with the ability to provide outstanding customer service to our patients.
Your role will be to assist with patient check-in/out, patient scheduling, phone and computer tasks, insurance verification, and other administrative office duties.
We are hoping to find a candidate eager to grow with us.
On-the-job training will provide an employee the opportunity/option to eventually pivot towards medical assistant, and even office manager as our practice grows.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all front desk functions in the office.
Answer phones and office messages Check-in/out patients Scheduling/Rescheduling Appointments Utilize our medical office EMR system Register new patients and update records Obtain/verify referrals and pre-certifications Patient registration data entry Update patient insurance information Collect and scan patients, insurance cards, photo ID's Send and request medical correspondence to/from primary care offices Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawers Process bills, invoices, and collect copayments Perform other duties as assigned Job Type:
