Our firm emphasizes real estate services, condominium association representation, and commercial litigation services.
Additional Responsibilities Energetic and approachable with a desire to put our clients first Has excellent communication, organizational, time management and follow up skills Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering organization Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Calendar input and organization monitor and maintain office equipment control inventory relevant to reception area tidy and maintain the reception area special projects Mail Job Type:
