We are currently hiring a Guest Service Receptionist for a part time position 23-28 hours per week on week nights and Saturdays.
We are seeking a positive, friendly and professional individual to join the Love Team at our upscale full service hair salon located in beautiful Bucks County, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive experience from their arrival to departure.
- Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth operation of the salon.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding salon services, products, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure efficient client flow and excellent customer service.
- Assist with retail sales, making recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on salon promotions, events, and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service/receptionist role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and salon staff.
- Passion for beauty, hair care, and the latest industry trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
