Responsibilities:
This is a Temporary 1099 subcontractor - Opportunity.
You're not an employee! -Caulk and spackle where needed.
Primer and prepare to paint two coats - Prepare surfaces for painting , filling holes, and repairing any damage - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatter - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective gear while working
Experience:
- Previous experience as a painter or in a related field is preferred - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in painting - Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints - Basic maintenance person skills for minor repairs and preparation work - Experience in frame carpentry and renovation projects is a plus - Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques is desirable - Knowledge of construction painting standards and practices - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area - Welding experience is a bonus Note:
