This position will be assisting the marketing and hospitality team.
Pay:
$23-27 an hour Location:
Southampton, PA 100% in office
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of tradeshow activities, including tradeshow contacts, lead management, events, packing and shipping, and room bookings as needed.
Organize and oversee corporate events and large customer meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements for new or remote employees.
Support the CEO in administrative tasks such as business correspondence and presentations.
Fulfill internal and external requests for marketing collateral and samples.
Conduct light market research to contribute to product innovation efforts.
Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Associate degree in business administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred) or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
